A. Unlike most we will stand behind our items, you will have 30 days from delivery to alert us to any problems you may have with your winnings, however if there are no proper reasons for the return, we can consign it back to our auction and re list for you. We want your happiness, but realize people do change their minds. We will work with you. Our description of lots will give no reason for return, but we welcome your feedback.

A. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise received does not resemble our description and for no further reason. TNA shall not be liable for any breakage of glass or damage to frames (patent or latent); such defects, in any event, shall not be a basis for any claim for return or reduction in purchase price or winning bid. Title shall not pass to the successful Bidder until all invoices are paid in full. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide adequate insurance coverage for the items once they have been delivered to a common carrier or third-party shipper.

Q. How do I consign?
A. We would love your consignments, but we will be honest as to their value and how the market trends work for your item. We will listen to your starting bid value and give our input as well. We want you to get your best price for your quality items, however the market usually determines its value. We will do our best to advertise, and promote our auctions and your consignment.
